absolutly ROCK!



I was weary of the Rasberry red ale being a disaster and I remembered what everyone always says.. relax and let it sit.

Well I just tested the Rasberry red ale and the Steam Beer and both are almost spot on for specific gravity readings and both taste very good.

I'm going to bottle the RRA tomorrow and do a (keg/bottle) on the steam beer.


Now I can get my Heather Ale going that arrived a couple days ago!

I love reds, but found out that I don't like raspberry.
Let your beers sit and condition for as long as you can stand, you will thank yourself when you drink your last beer while you cry at the lost.
