3 Gallon Batch= How Much Yeast?

I am planning on doing a 3 gallon batch of cider and would like to use WLP775 ENGLISH CIDER YEAST.

Am I ok using the whole vial in a 3 gallon batch? It should be a very high gravity cider.

Throw the whole vial in. Overpitching is much less of a worry than underpitching. How high OG?

i realize this is for cider, but i routinely brew 3 gallons of beer and always just use either a whole vial or a whole pack of US05 with no problems.

You'll have no problems. Odds are you will still slightly under-pitch, but I've never had any issues on 2-6 gallon batches of cider with one vial of WLP775.
