Today was my second brew day in the basement. Ohh how nice it was. I actually shortened the brew day down by an hour or so. I will have to say... the smell does linger for a day or so though, brew house smell lol.. but it so much nicer than propane on the back porch. Clean up was nice, just because of the sink.
For the steam, I use a wide body steam slayer. It does a great job, and could not be happier, Humidity in my basement does not budge. Started out at 44% and end at at 44%.
I still need to tweak my controller a biit. I ran it at 25% power this time, and I think it is still to high... plan on dropping it to 20% power next time.
