So I've been running my panel now for 2 years and I've begun to really fine tune different parts of the panel. My first tweak I'd like to work with is the element power in the boil kettle. 5500 watt 220v. If i can reduce the voltage then the violent boil can be trimmed down to help prevent boil overs. I just bought this RioRand 10000W 220V Rectifier SCR High Power Electronic Voltage Regulator from Amazon.com. 20 bucks. Looks like it can handle the wattage no problem. So question. Who's tried this with success?
