I smugly declared that I was going to go last Sunday instead of heading down on Tuesday because I wasn't gonna deal with the crush at the new spot. Another miscalculation.

Sunday was lovely though.

Heard the soft opening was today. Onsite list was cray w EoC and BT b2. Also, new glass it seems (not my pic). Anyone go aside from rrryanc?

BT 2 being Broken Truck 2? Or something else?

Ya, they had Broken Truck available for a hot second.
I mean, it was available for at least a couple of hours. I didn't get there till nearly 4 and there were still 2 or 3 bottles left at that point. It being $50/bottle probably kept it from disappearing instantly.

The soft opening was amazing! A bunch of members and the usual regulars from Capitola. Adair and Tim making their rounds chatting with everyone. Was able to indulge in 3 bottles of EOC, because when are you ever going to be able to be able to get it that easily in such quantity. 3 full pours of West Ashley too. Ridiculous. Maybe it was seeing all the familiar faces, but this place already has that rustic and homey feel like Capitola all that was missing was Wrigley and Rooster walking around the joint even though I saw gumbo make a quick appearance. I’m assuming this place will be closed for the week while the crew is out at the GABF. All in all can’t wait until this place fully opens.

Sounds like I need to come back ASAP...

Anyone have any info about the Nonna's 13 blend?
