Brewed my first all grain batch on Fathers Day:D. 5 gallons of Elk Saliva, which is my take on Caribou Slobber, which I believe is a clone of Moose Drool. Anyway.....

+5G Elk Saliva
=29638.8

1 gallon wheat
1 gallon cream ale
1 gallon white house honey
1 gallon stout
6 gallon IPA
29738+1+1+1+1+6=29748

So far this year here is what I made

10 Gal Octoberfest
10 Gal Centennial Blonde
10 Gal Cream Ale
5 Gal Breakfast Stout
15 Gal Apfelwein
5 Gal Pale Ale

So... 19748 + 55 = 19803

Just finished brewing Northern Brewer's Dead Ringer. Didn't do to bad with the mash either, OG was supposed to be 1.064 and I hit 1.062.

I did realize that I need to get a wort chiller. It would cut about 1 hour off of my brewday.
