Does the style in question typically contain all of the ingredients I mentioned previously (water/yeast/fermentables/hops) as well as the aforementioned spices?
 
I wouldn't call "grand cru" a style. I've seen "grand cru" associated to a number of styles (all French/Belgian styles, but that's a language thing if you ask me), just representing whichever brewery's top notch brew.

That said, it's not grand cru.
 
Belgian Specialty?

....... interestingly enough, I just finished an Orval - my first of this style (and my second trappist)
 
I love Rochefort 10. But that and Orval are completely different worlds.

C'mon, keep trying to narrow it down. And read the game rules carefully.
 
Absolutely... completely different beers, but they are related :)

Is the answer in Category 17 - Sour Ale?
 
I knew this one would be tough. That's why I picked it. :D

IF you were to remove the traditional ingredients that make this beer unique, it would be fairly similar to the Category 17 beers, one in particular.
