Some of you guys said to let my beer sit in the primary fermentation or switch to a secondary to help with flavor and quality. I am an impatient man but this time, I listened to your advice. I let it ferment for 2 weeks.
As I was botteling my beer tonight, I tasted it. DAMN! what a difference. I am stoked to see the outcome after the aging process.
