Up to this date, all I've ever brewed has been ales. I'm considering lagers and am unfamiliar with it's fermentation processes. Can anyone point me toward a link for instructions for 2-stage cold fermentation?

There's really not much else you need to know over ales. You'll primary at 50-55F. After primary, I usually rack to a keg and allow it to "cold condition" (lager) at 34-36F for a few months. Nothing else to it unless you want to throw in a diacetyl rest. If so, you'd want to raise the temp of your beer shortly before primary fermentation is done to about 75F. I usually let it sit for a day or two and then slowly work it down to the 34-36F mark.
