Brewmeister has 2-row in bags, and conveniently have locations in a large circle centered around East Sac or thereabouts. I have the vague sense I've seen Organic 2-row there. I know there's another brew shop down near Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, but given that the owner has a prominent NRA sticker on the door I wouldn't bet on "organic." There's a place on Auburn which has had consistently mediocre to terrible reviews; I've never been. I have the vague sense there's one other place but I don't have any more information about it.
