I know there's a thread on this, but it didn't really answer much.
I made an Irish red Saturday, OG was 1.055, a hair higher than anticipated. It had a particularly active ferment, blowing the blowoff tube across the garage and all after it got clogged with hops. On day two I threw an air lock on and it didn't bubble at all, so I took a gravity reading and it was at 1.013.
Double checked the hydro and it's good. Since my fermentation had pretty much ran it's course. How long should I wait for the yeast to clean its self up? Would It really benefit to secondary or straight off to the keg?
Yeast was wyeast 1084.
