Ok, for my 2nd batch of beer, I want something light, crisp, but with a good body. Here's what I'm thinking, tell me what you think (Honey Ale)

6# Wheat LME
1/2 # Honey Malt 15-20 L
2# Minnesota Clover Honey

1 oz Hersbrucker Hops (45 min)
1 oz Tettnang Hops (10 min)

Safeale Ale S-04 witbread strain

any additions u reccomend?

I have no personal experience with honey, but from what I've read, the honey ferments out and thins the body. If it's honey flavor you're after, just stick with the honey malt.
