:cross: Wow! My SWMBO and I tasted our first batch tonight. It is an American Cream Ale that has 2 weeks in the bucket and only 4 days in the bottle. I wanted to test the level of carb, so I stuck one in the freezer for 30 min to test. That went from 1 beer to quick get the ice so we can cool a bunch of these bad boys and enjoy. I was suprised at my wife and the way she explained the taste. She ha s bee drinking Ultra and MGD 64 for years and just fell in love with a beer that had taste and body. She called it "Snappy" at the end of a drink. I got 2 inches of head (beer not Swmbo) after only 4 days in the bottle. This is one hobby that's gonna stick!:ban:

I remember that feeling. I still get it on new recipes and just experiencing the wonder of pouring a fresh wonderful brew.

Cream Ales are fun to brew.......they go from fermenting, to bottle, to belly......in a very short amount of time.
