ok so its my 1st all grain im doing a cream ale, lightly hopped. anyway im noticing a hell of alot more bubbling then normaly happens. is that....uh normal for all grain vs. extract?
Congrats on your first all grain batch! Like pappers said, it is not this vs. that; I would bet that your yeast is a healthy strain and it started taking off quicker than what you are used to seeing.
