New to brewing and decided to go all grain on 3rd batch. So I made a recipe for a strong wit and used wlp400 yeast with a starter, and brewed it last weekend. Its been sitting in pri. bubbling away all week and I was wondering if it needed more than 4 weeks in pri. before bottling. It started ferm. within 5 hours of pitching, and was pretty vigorous for 4 days and has now slowed quite a bit. Thanks for your help.
