Stainless Heating Element 11.5" long, 0.75" diameter - KegKing Branded Latest generation element. 1600w, 120v. Plugs in with a standard PC Style power cord (which was not included).

Weldless, so all you need to do is cut a hole in your pot. It includes the gasket AND the nut.

I didn't use this because I bought the wrong size, so my loss.

35 Shipped. Paypal only, don't see myself upgrading the kettle just to fit it so off it goes.

Good question, I actually bought it to heat my HLT. If you were boiling, I'd expect it to behave very similar to my Robobrew which is also 1600w, and takes about 90 minutes from 40 degrees to 212 degrees.

If you're starting from mash temperatures, I often have about 20 minutes of lead time for a boil after sparge.

unfortunately shipping from michigan to california via any service takes all the value out of it. I'd still do it at 30, but can't take any more off for that reason. Cheers!

Yeah I hear ya on the shipping. Thought I would try. :D I am gonna pass for now, gotta go get the Mamma's some stuff anyway.

It has a standard PC Style recepticle, pre wired. So if you've got an old pc cord lying around thats what you need.

As for using it as a heat stick, I wouldn't recommend it. That plug type isnt water proof, nor do I trust that the boot would keep out water in a submersed condition. Better smart then dead.

would you do $25 shipped to ohio? ground or parcel should be dirt cheap since mich and ohio are right next to each other.

I'll tell ya' what, I'll meet you at 28.00 shipped to Ohio. PM Me to get the deal going.
