Trying to make a session-low (like 3%-4%) ABV Dark Mild. Working with the grains I have on hand. Have tomorrow off and starting to brew in early morning. Any comments/help on the following recipe would be greatly appreciated.
7 lbs. Mild Malt
1.5 lbs. Engllish crystal
.75 lbs. Special B
.75 lbs. Debittered Belgian chocolate
Nottingham (or I can pickup Wyeast 1968 later in the day)
Ease Kent Goldings 1.5 oz. (5%) FWH
Mash at 158
BIAB
