I always step up my yeast when i get a new pack to 500 billion cells, and split it into 5 canning jars that i steralize. when i get to the last one, i step it up again. I have to cool and decant before my second step because my jar is only 2 liters. The jar has been in the fridge for 36 hours now, and there is still a ton of chunky yeast/foam on top that i cant get to settle out. Do u guys think i should just wait another day or 2? I let it sit on the stirplate for 36 hours too, so i assumed it was done, it looks really milky. It smells fine. what to do?

i usually use DME, and i just started using all grain starters cause im cheap, maybe its break matter ???

you can just let it sit out for a day or two maybe it will fall. not that it really matters of course it will still ferment the next beer.
