1/4 Barrels as Corny's?

Posted this in the DIY section too so I apologize for the duplicate posting.

Sorry for the blurry pic but stumbled on these on a local Craigs Listing. !/4 Barrel (7.5 Gal) kegs.

Wondering if they are good for use instead of Corny's?

Has anybody used these? They are VERY clean Sanke kegs. Sanke fitting and dip tubes are ut and soaked in PBW along with the kegs and all are sparkling clean.

There are people that do refill them, and tap them with the comercial tap that is designed for the keg.

I saw somewhere, someone cut a hole in the top and converted one to use a Cornelius style lid and added ball lock posts to a 15gal Sanke.
