1/2 bbl Sanke Coversion to Corny Project

I removed the spear and used a cutoff wheel to remove the collar. I traced a corny lid, subtracted a 1/4", cut it out w/jigsaw, flared the lip & smoothed the edge.

I'll use bulkhead posts and make a diptube with stainless tubing, using a tubing bender and a tubing flare tool.

What did you use to flare the lip?

An autobody anvil and a light weight body hammer. I would actually advise against it...seems unnecessary.
