So I've made a BIAB batch with OG 1.060, woth safale yeast 05. Is it possible that it fermented it down so fast? Usually it took around 7 days with same beer and yeast but thia time the temperature was 25°C instead of usual 20°C could that be the factor?

What temp did you mash at? I know the lower the mash temp the more fermentables are in the wort. I honestly don't know if you mashed low and had a lot of fermentables in the wort that would make it reach an FG quickly or extend the fermentation time because there was more to ferment. Also, fermentation temp impacts how quickly wort will ferment.

Wort temp was 66-67. I've beer doing this recipe 4th time now and it took 7 days usually so the only reason i can think of is fermenting temperature higher for 5°C.

Yeast always works faster warm than cool (within its range). 3 days isn't unusual to get that low. It still needs some time to complete and might get to 1.010 or lower.
