Thanks! Just picked a wifi version up to replace my trusty old non-wifi ITC-308! I'm assuming it'll work through the same "Inkbird Pro" android app as my Inkbird sous vide?

The probe of the temp controller can be placed in hot water within 212 °F
If you're using it in corrosive liquids, a silicone sleeve is required to protect the probe.
