    I always stir the wort until it gets to my pitching temp. It is a bit of a workout but it gets temps down much faster!

    Had a yeast starter shower last night

    I use a stirrer for my starters. I make the starter, chill for 24-48 hours then decant leaving a bit of beer. Then I place it back on my starter stirring it as it comes up to temperature. works really well :)

    no, you put in the temperature of your beer and that then determines the weight of sugar to put into the beer
