    Mold?

    Actually they were dried. I was just trying to say that they weren't pellets. Anyway I have done some reading and seems not all is lost. Skimmed the the top and siphoned out of the middle leaving the top floaters. Bottled and will see what it tastes like.

    Cloudy

    I am day 9 of a Coopers (Brew A) IPA. I feel that SG has stabilized. Temp has been at 75F/24C It smells and tastes OK. But the batch looks very cloudy. Any suggestions? Should I rack to secondary fermenter or wait or go ahead and bottle.

    Sounds like you are you saying not to use Brew Enhancer 2 when bottling. Is Dextrose or Sucrose the best or would you recommend any other types of sugar for carbonation? PS I am using 1/2 Liter plastic bottles with fresh new caps each time.

    Temp was close to recommended. Time was at least 2 weeks, the ones I am drinking now are about 6 weeks.     Is there a term for this?

    I opened the can added water and yeast. It made a drinkable stout. I think it was can of stout and can of Tom Caxton Best bitters. I think doing it that way I added no sugar? Sorry this must seem like very simple questions, but I have to start somewhere...

    It's been a long time since I have made any beer (15 years and only from kits). I have no recipes from then but I remember using two cans and little or no sugar. Is there a name or term for doing it that way. I tried looking it up but it's hard when you don't know what you're looking for.:confused:
