New Jersey 240v 30A Control Panel

After a long hiatus from brewing, I've jumped back into it and want to change some things around. I want to sell my control panel so I can build a new one. I built this one myself and it always worked great for me; just used it yesterday and it worked great. I'm not quite sure what to sell it...

    Brewing panel

So I made myself a nice control panel for my 240v biab system. After running my first batch, I discovered the manual mode of the auber 2352 doesn't work that well since it only provides the time proportional firing mode (50% is 5 secs on in a 10 sec cycle). Auber's SSVR would do the trick if I...

New Jersey Camco 240v 5500w ULD element

Hey guys, selling a camco 02962 250v 5500w ultra low density ripple heating element. Just google it for a picture, it's brand new and never used. I ordered it for a side project then realized it did not fit (too long for my small pot). $15.00 firm plus actual shipping (probably flat rate box)

    New Jersey Line cleaning equipment

So I have some line cleaning equipment for sale....basically everything you will need to start up a business. I had a few clients but it didn't go so well given the local laws (or lack of) and distributors offering the "service" for free. Anyway, there are a lot of states that require weekly or...

    Pid problem

I've been having problems with my 2352 overshooting since I started using it about 10 brews ago. I've auto tuned it several times but it still continues to overshoot. I have a 15gal biab setup with 5500 watt element and recirculation pump. As soon as I get home, I'll post the p, I, & d values...

    wtf just happened!?

So fermentation went well, added wine conditioner and carmel extract then started to bottle...I forgot to add priming sugar! I only filed one bottle so no big deal...added 4 ounces of sugar (4gal cider) and all of the sudden, it was like a volcano project in high school. The cider started to...

New Jersey 3 keggle all-grain brewery

I'm selling all of my all-grain stuff because I'm moving to a much smaller place and won't have any room for the stuff. I've had this stuff for a little over a year and have gotten many good brews out of it :tank:. It is almost a complete system, all you will need is a power supply ,240v, and a...

    fermentability of caramel

So I got this idea the other day that I wanted to brew up a carmel apple ale using, that's right, carmel and apples. I am going to do a small test batch to try and figure out a recipe for a larger brew. I've done a little looking around and have come up short on using caramel as a fermentable...

Need help for control box setup

I just decided to upgrade my system to 240v and realized it is going to be much more work then I thought. I have looked through several builds and cant find anything that will really work. I was using a Johnson A-419 for my HERMS but I think I want to go to a PID (seems a lot simpler) I have...

    boil kettle question

So I just got my three keg AG setup finished and I did a dry run (just water) to test everything. Once I got to draining the boil kettle I noticed that about a gallon or two of water was still in the BK. I'll put up a picture in a few of the hardware but how is this supposed to work?

    Replacement for Wyeast 1056

So I went to my lhbs today to get together all of the grains for a stout recipe and it called for wyeast 1056 or the 1272....the american ale yeasts. The lhbs didnt have either. I asked for a similar strain and they recommended WLP090 San Diego Super. Any opinions?

    Setting up a HERMS system

Hey all, so I have decided on setting up a HERMS and am about to start construction. I am still battling with a few ideas though. I took my old imersion chiller and converted it into the coil for the HERMS. It is 5/8 OD copper which I put some compression fittings on and will have camlocks on...

    setting up a pump

So I am about to get my system up and running and my last purchase is a pump. My question is what do all of you use to connect tubing to the pump and fittings? I am using cam locks so I would like the tubing to be attached fairly permanently. There has to be a better way than hose barbs
