    OG 1.054 FG 1.011 (5.75 gallons into fermenter) Maris Otter and 3% C60. Cascade at 90 (1/2 oz), 60 (3/4 oz), 30 (2 oz) and whirlpool (1 oz). US-05 @ 68F Dry hop 1.75oz Cascade for 3 days. Cold crash. :mug:
