    Scaling it up roughly I would go with 8kg pale 5kg munich 2.5kg red x 1kg dme That would give you 1.071 at 50l with a 58lish boil

    AFAIK they could buy you all of the ingredients and pay you to make them a whole batch, you are then providing a service not selling beer. It's probably toeing the line though.

    I always use whole leaf due to lack of ability to cold crash or filter, how much more hoppy is the pellet one?

    I use a bit of caramel in mine to give an orange juice kind of look. Haven't tried to go red though

    Ah I've gone with 1 kettle (1.7l) of hot to 1l of cold after which makes it bearable

    I so wish pots were that cheap here in the UK. A 10 gal is easily pushing £50 (~$75)
