Have an ale with a gravity of 1.040 after a OG of 1.075 it's an pumpkin ale at about 68f. I always pitch an safe us.05 yeast in the beginning and them two days later I use pitch again with a nutrient. But this time I'm wanting to use an energizer with the nutrient, just wanting thoughts thank you.

I just went through the same thing bro, the best thing is to check your gravity.

Thanks all I got my gravity down to 1.015. And you guys were right it was the stupid bucket. I'm thinking it will ferment down to 1.010 with time. So again thanks for all your guys help.

Yes it's in a bucket but the seal is good. I'm about 95% positive.

I used us50 yeast a dry yeast.

I'm brewing an IPA with a starting gravity at 1.070 I pitched the yeast at 75f. It's now at 70f it's been 24 hours and still no airlock movement. Is this a concern?
