Washing Yeast afer using Gelatin?

Can you still wash the yeast from the secondary after you use gelatin?

You probably could, but I don't think I'd try. First, I wouldn't use yeast from the secondary anyway. Sure, it's "cleaner", but it's also the least flocculant, most stressed yeast from the fermentation. I think I'd wash the yeast from the primary, trub and all, before attempting a yeast washing from the secondary with gelatin in it.
