This is a recipe I got from iBrewMaster's iPhone app, but made a few small changes. It described the beer as a strong scotch ale, but I'm thinking it's more of a robust porter, especially since I forgot to pick up 1 lb. of brown sugar and said eff it. I also substituted Pale 2-Row with Maris Otter, as that's all I had available at the time...

5 gal. batch,

7 lbs. Maris Otter
1 lb. Vienna Malt
1 lb. Munich Malt
1 lb. Crystal 120
1/2 lb. Crystal 80
1/2 lb. Chocolate Malt

1/2 oz. Northern Brewer (60 min.)
1/2 oz. Northern Brewer (30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (30 min.)
1/2 oz. Fuggles (5 min.)

1 pkg. Windsor (w/ starter) Recipe called for European Ale yeast, but again, was not available... This batch needed a lot of tweaking simply due to lack of correct ingredients!
