1.015 for the FG looks like a slightly high expectation given the 150F mash, fairly low percentage of crystal, moderate OG, and Chico yeast. I'd imagine it'll actually go lower, though of course you know your own system better than we do. If it were me, I think I'd both expect and hope for more like 1.010; 1.015 is a touch sweet for my taste, especially with the moderate IBUs you have here.

Other than that, this looks like a winner to me.
