Last week I had an unprecedented two days off so I thought I'd bite off more than I could chew and try brewing 3 beers. Made three starters. When it became evident on the second day I would not make it to the third day, I put the starter in the fridge.
It's now 7 days since I initially pitched the yeast, and 5 since I put it in the fridge.
Still good or should I build it up again?
