I'm doing a Belgian pumpkin ale with 3522. Pitched the yeast on 10/4 and it's still going with regular (every 4 seconds) airlock activity and visible yeast activity in the carboy. That's 10 days! OG 1.066 started fermentation at 68· and ramped up to 72· over 3 days. Is this normal?

Yup. Belgian strains go forever. I did a saison with 3711 that was still bubbling at the two month mark.

Belgian yeasts can go on for a long time. Sit back and let the yeast do what it has been doing since the beginning of time. It will finish.

3522 is my go to for most of my belgians, you will not be disappointed.
