Hi-- I brewed the Blue Balls belgian wit (https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=24978) a couple weeks ago, and it still has a pillowy head of kerusen on the top... is that normal with WLP400? Not like full-blown active fermentation foam, but it definitely hasn't dropped down. Been fermenting in the 65-70 degree range this whole time.
