White Labs has a chart of yeast strains that says WLP351 (Bavarian Weizen Ale) is good for a Belgian Wit. Has anyone actually made a wit with this strain? Any suggestions on using it?

I've not used it but would think the yeast-derived banana flavors would not be what I look for in a spiced Belgian witbier.

That's what I was worried about. Maybe fermenting a little colder would help?
