I would like some advice on this yeast when it comes to fermentation temps. I know that white labs recommends temps from 65 to 70 but I would like to know what others have done that have used this yeast with great success.
I am doing a cream ale (cream of three crops) this weekend and I plan to make a 1L starter with it.
