I'm not sure why but my wit beer I recently brewed came out great even if the color is slightly off once its carbonated but after putting a 6 pack in the fridge its very translucent when it once wasn't did the cold refrigeration do this?

Yes it did, when you pour the beer swirl the sediment around in the bottle and pour it into the glass of beer & it will be cloudy again

What mkyl428 said.

What strain of yeast did you use? Usually people will use a less flocculent strain for witbier or other wheat beer. That's an issue that even commercial brewers deal with. I heard some of them will ship their hefeweizen kegs upside down so that when they're flipped over and tapped, it gets all the yeast back in suspension.
