Does anyone use a wine degasser to aerate their wort. I was reading a link for Skeeter Pee and he used it to aerate that. Wondering if people use it for beer.
 
That is exactly what I use. A stainless steel rod with the "wings". Ferment in carboys, and before I attach it it the drill, I put a bung on the rod. Then I fire it up with the bung in the carboy so it doesn't foam back through the carboy opening. 5 minutes of mixing, occasionally reversing direction for more agitation. Way better than shaking!
