I kegged an apricot IPA over the weekend. I had added a can on apricot puree to the secondary and in my first couple of pours I have gotten some cloudiness and apricot particles. I probably could have been more careful when transferring the beer, but too late to fix that now.
So my question is will the fruit settle out in the keg and clear up over the next few pints or is this going to be an issue for all of the keg?
Would depressurizing and adding gelatin to the keg help?
