Wild plum wine.

Great year for wild plums in my area this year.I picked 18 lbs ,made 5 gals. just put in secondary vessel yesterday.Makes a great wine.

I had a huge harvest of wild plums several years ago, and still have some left, so I didn't make any this year but we also have a ton of them this year. I thought about making it again, but I don't like it as much as the blackberry and chokecherry wines, so I put more energy into them this year. Let us know how it turns out this year, please!
