Why are you using propane?

My electric stove top will boil a five gallon batch. The steam does get a little out of hand. Even when it's over 100 degrees I'd rather be on my back porch brewing 10 gallons on the turkey fryer. Today was 105 and humid and I work on roof tops. Brewing is cake.
 
I brew outside and it's been 108+ much of the summer.

Still:

more space
never have to worry about MLT losing heat
easier clean up
can move burner at will
who does an all grain partial boil?

Propane is easy an abundant.
