I picked up a bag for 40 bones so why not? Just wondering about the flavor profile if anyone else has used this before. I'm brewing a Citra IPA tomorrow that I've made several times before with Rahr 2-row.
This malt had a much lighter color than Pale Ale similar to American 2-Row. It doesn't smell as biscuity or crackery like pale ale but a touch sweeter than Am 2-Row so if I don't get responses I'll post back with an update in 3-weeks.

I haven’t used any yet, but I am going to use some for a recipe I am using that I’m putting quite a bit of flaked rice and corn it. Irish stout malt has a very high diastatic power which should really help convert the corn and rice.
