white mild on top 1st fermenter beer

is this mold?
I'm a new person here i like fermenting or brewing, before this has never happened. At this time
I found it looked like foam so this is bad yeast or good yeast?

I see yeast but the image isn’t clearly showing the white parts, could be some reflectio, foam, or the beginning of a pellical. It it’s the later, you will know in a few more days.
 
Looks like common yeast raft formation with CO2 bubbles breaking through. From that picture, I wouldn't be worried.
 
not sure what you brewed that has black flakes coffee or cocao beans? i did a stout and melted 100% cocao bar at end of boil. the fatty oils did weird things with the yeast rafts. but beer turned out great.
