Hello
Im in the process or fermenting an amber ale with WLP023 - White Labs Burton Ale. The beer started at around 1.055 and is now at 1.015. However the beer tastes like what i would describe a belgian ale to taste like. Anyone who has used this yeast before and know how it comes out tasting?

The beer was fermented between 18.3 and 19.5 celcius if that has any relevance

Yeah I can see why you might think that, like Belgian light. Too warm (21C) and your'll get lots of acetaldehyde with burton
