Might give some of us some good ideas on what to ask for!

We don't really "do" Christmas presents, as we usually both have what we want and need. But this year, I"m getting a new false bottom from Jaybird for my bottom draining MLT, so we decided it'd be a Christmas present even though it's going to be custom made so I have to do all the measuring and let Jay know exactly what I need.

Still, it's a good one!

Great topic for this time of year. I would like to acquire a new chest freezer for a keezer build, as well as all the required kegging equipment to go along with it.

Let me count the ways:

• pH Meter
• good quality high-speed digital thermometer
• refractometer
• chest freezer and Fermostat for fermentation chamber (did Ohm ever start shipping Fermostats? I haven't checked)
• 10 or 15 gallon boiler and a burner stand (this would require me to get the garage cleaned out first, though)
• Another, larger chest freezer and thermostat for building a keezer

Mind you, I don't actually expect to get any of these, but it helps to list what I want anyway.

Gee, mine is simple: A bigger kettle and an instant read thermometer. I'm using a 20qt canner and a glass sllooowww read thermometer. I'll probably buy them myself with goft cards.
