Hello fellow brewers,
Getting ready for a few rounds of non-profit events so bought a glass rinser. It's going to be installed on my 4 tap portable kegerator. I tested it and it will work fine powered by squirting via a corny keg. So I'm thinking the following options...
1. Cold water
2. Non-foaming Star-san
3. Cold non-foaming star-san

Not sure what is used in bars so figured I'd throw this out there as a question...

Do not use tap water because the chlorine/chlorides could affect aroma/taste. Use RO or distilled water for sure. You are trying to rinse away any left over cleaner/sanitizer residue left on the glassware. So, spraying with Starsan would be defeating the entire purpose of rinsing the glass. Starsan will knock the head right off a beer. Pour a beer with a nice foaming head and put a drop of Starsan in the beer the head will collapse almost immediately.
