I have a beer in the secondary fermenter. Hydrometer reading show it to be ready. I am leaving town for 4 weeks.

So the question is should I keg it or should I leave it in the fermenter?

Thanks

Leave it or package it. Should be fine either way unless its a higher gravity beer that could use some time bulk aging at room temp before packaging.

I favor the idea of kegging it and putting it on tap so you have something nice to enjoy when you get back.

+1. Unless you don't have time to do this w/o stress. As everyone else has said: either option is just fine.

keg it and add some LME for natural carbonation. by the time you get back you will have some delicious beer waiting for you
