Mid-May I had some ale yeast laying around and decided to go get a gallon of unpasturized cider. I boiled some brown sugar down and combined the cider yeast and sugar. It fermented for about a month at 70 degrees. It's been sitting in my cellar now for almost 2 months. Should I....

1. Add a few cinnamon sticks, then bottle it still (flat)?
2. Bottle it still? 3. Try to prime the bottles with cinnamon? 4. Try to prime without cinnamon? 5. Taste it, and pitch it if it tastes like hooch!
