So, I was reorganizing my brew space and rediscovered some ingredients I had forgotten about. Now I need some input on what to brew. If possible, I want to use up the stock I have left but I think I will need to get a little bit more grain. Here is what I currently have:
1lb light dry extract
1lb smoked malt
1lb special b malt
1.5lb roasted barley
2lb aromatic malt
As far as hops go, I have bravo, cascade, centennial, hallertau, magnum, norther brewer, simcoe, and summit.
Considering what I have to work with, I was thinking of brewing a porter or stout, maybe something a little sweeter. What is everyone else's opinion?
