What to add to milk stout secondary?

Hello all,

I just brewed up a milk stout and I am looking for suggestions as to what I might add at the bottling state (chai, vanilla bean, etc.). What have people tried and liked?

My recipe:

6.6 lbs special dark liquid malt extract
.6 lb lactose
.4 lb Maltodextrin
8 oz Caramel 120L
4 oz Roasted Barley
4 oz British chocolate
1 oz fuggles
Safale S-04

I've added vanilla, coffee, and bourbon. Some separate some together. All work well.
